Step 1: Consultation

Start by reaching out to us with your ideas! Share your vision, including themes, subject matter, size, color palette, and any specific details you’d like incorporated. Commission Request Form

Let us know if you’re interested in:

Digital Art Only: Receiving a high-quality digital file of your custom artwork.

Custom Products: Using your artwork for items like cards, stickers, clothing, or other merchandise.

We’ll discuss your concept and clarify options, ensuring we understand your unique preferences.
Step 2: Proposal & Quote

After understanding your vision, we’ll provide a detailed proposal that includes:

A breakdown of the project scope.

Options for either digital delivery or custom product creation.

An estimated timeline for completion.

The cost of the commission based on size, complexity, and whether you’re adding products.

A deposit (typically 50%) is required to secure your commission and begin the process.
Step 3: Concept Sketch

Once the deposit is received, we’ll create a preliminary concept sketch or mock-up of your piece.

You’ll have the opportunity to review the sketch and provide feedback. We want to ensure everything feels just right before moving forward.
Step 4: Creation

With the concept approved, we’ll begin creating your artwork! You’ll receive progress updates at key stages.

If you’ve chosen digital art only, we’ll focus on producing a polished, high-resolution digital file ready for your use.

If you’re adding custom products, we’ll also work with you to refine how the art will be applied to your desired items. You’ll receive mock-ups of products before they’re finalized.
Step 5: Delivery

Digital Files: Delivered via email.

Custom Products: Carefully packaged and shipped to your location. Local delivery or pick-up may also be available. Shipping costs will be calculated based on size and destination.
